Graduated in Electrical Engineering by UERJ and Executive MBA by Fundação Dom Cabral. Started its Executive Search carreer in 2007 and since then has been working in Recruitment and Development for several markets. Cristina conducted startup operations in Colombia and Peru, launching and monitoring all strategic processes for 2 years. Previously, Cristina held strategic executive positions in big national and multinational companies such as Exxon mobil and MRS Logística. Nowadays, Cristina is a partner at RED, responsible for the Region of Rio de Janeiro, and the Energy, Oil & Gas and Insurance segments, both nationally and internationally.
