Graduated in Production Engineering at UFSCAR, post-graduated in Business and Process Management at UFRJ, MBA in Market Development and Strategic Management at FGV and Black Belt certified. Daniela acted as project and process leader at Whirlpool and CCEE companies. Daniela’s first experience with Executive Search was at MSL, a consulting firm in Germany, and, for the last 8 years, has been working as Headhunter to the Engineering sector. Four years ago Daniela founded RED and since then, is the company General Manager.
